3 Sermon Notes
I.
In the absence of joy, you have to remember how to rejoice. In the absence of harmony, you have to remember to be a peacemaker. In the absence of money, you have to stay creative.
God will sometimes take resources away from you to remind you of something you're not using. As much as God's presence provides comfort, absence creates opportunity.
The absence of what you think you need in this season is an opportunity for you to get attuned to what you really have.

II.
Sometimes when it isn’t getting better, you are.
You don’t get patience by praying for it; you get patience by being annoyed.

III.
Everything you do in your purpose is a reflection of how God formed you.
Being in your purpose doesn't mean that you won't have problems: purpose and problems go together. The more you're in your purpose the more problems you’re going to have because hell hates to see you in your purpose. Hell does not want you to be in your purpose and it wants to drive you away from your purpose so that you can do lots of work and get no reward because you were never in your purpose. God does not reward me for doing what he didn't call me to do, God does not reward me for what he didn't create me to do.

I.
"It doesn’t matter where your body is, where is your head? My situation can say one thing, but I’m going to ignore my surroundings because my head is in heavenly places." - Dr. Sarita Lyons

II.
"Set me in my purpose. I'm best in my purpose, the world is better when I'm in my purpose, I feel better when I'm in my purpose, I function better when I'm in my purpose, my moods are better, my attitudes, my emotions, my disposition, my character, my personality is all affected by allowing me to do what I was created to do." - Lysa TerKeurst
