3 Sermon Notes
I.
You are human. God created you that way, and it's okay to not have all the answers or be strong all the time. Doubt, fear, confusion, and even weakness are part of the human experience. Don't judge yourself for these feelings; instead, turn to God in those moments. He understands your struggles and offers His strength and guidance. Remember, the heart of the Gospel is that God loves you unconditionally, just as you are.
You don't have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders or have everything figured out. Lean into your faith, knowing that God is with you every step of the way. You are human, and that's exactly how God intended you to be.

II.
Sometimes you’re better in pain than you are in power because pain brings stuff out of you.
Your power is found in the pain. It's in the nights you cried, the nights you went without, the moments you've suffered. In the pain, you learn about who you are, who God is, and the glory connected to your identity.

III.
Naomi responded to pain and trauma by isolation. So she pushes everybody away who would love her because isolation is the way we punish ourselves for not feeling valuable enough.
We push ourselves because we either don’t trust people or think of ourselves worthy of the love they offer. It’s fine if you give it because as long as you’re giving it you’re in control.

"If you attend a football game this year, you'll notice that no one tackles a player unless they have the ball. But when they do get the ball, they tackle them hard because of their potential to score. They do this because if they let the player run free, they might make a big play and lead their team to the playoffs. So remember, if you're getting tackled, it's because you have the ball and you're a threat. Get up and keep playing." - Sadie Robertson Huff

"Most of the Bible stories we love to read are ones we would have hated to live.
I love hearing about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, but I don’t want to be neither of the three being thrown into the fire. I like hearing about the lions that Daniel slept among, but I wouldn't want one for a pillow.” - Gia Peppers
1 Question
What area are you believing God to move in your life?
There's still more God is doing within your story.
Until next week,
Several things. For some reason?? I didn't feel comfortable with the name 'Jesus'. Over time, I learned this has never been His name!!
I was led to research this and found out it didn't exist until
20 years after the KJB came out in 1611.
So, not until 1631 or more!!
For way over 1000 years, He was called 'Iesous' or 'Ie sous' and
Hebrew(He IS Hebrew) is Yehoshua which is 2 Hebrew words,
'Yeho' meaning 'Eternal' and 'shua' meaning 'Savior'.
'Jesus' has no meaning at all.
All names in the Bible have meaning.
Does this really matter?
Couple of things. If I called you Lynn, wouldn't you correct me?
If I said it shouldn't matter, that wouldn't go well.
Then, the Bible says in the NT that 'there is NO OTHER NAME by which we must be saved'. I don't know Him if I don't even know His name.
So many lies. There WAS no Sunday until Constantine.
There is only sabbath, and the 7th day Sabbath (not just for
SDA's who added to scripture.
The god of this world will do anything to lead people away from truth.
Yehoshua is truth.
Humanity is 'the carnal', and it is at enmity with God.
We embrace truth and reject carnal ways.
This is a process and has taken us years and we still 'fall'.
Paul said he DIED to self daily.
Self is, by definition, 'narcissist', SELF seeking.
I hope you will pursue truth, looking up words in Strong's Exhaustive Concordance (free download).
If we can root out errors, I think we should.
You can look these things up.
