3 Sermon Notes
I.
Sometimes, God gives us faith not for things we want, but for the person He wants us to become. If we gain things without growing closer to God, we won't be able to keep them. It takes the same faith and grace to keep something as it does to get it.

II.
It was never meant for us, humans, to be in charge, to have that kind of control. It's like we mixed up the difference between control and authority. We try to take control, but God wants us to borrow His authority.
Think about it, what was the enemy's plan from the start? To trick us, like he did with Adam and Eve, into thinking we should be in control, not God. To make us believe that maybe God doesn't know what's best.
And you know what control does? It cut off closeness to God. Some of us are trying to figure everything out on our own - our purpose, our goals, our jobs, where to live. But God is saying, "Come closer to me. Let me show you the plan I have for you." That fake thing we call control, all it wants is to keep us away from Him.

III.
God's plan is always the promise but our patterns delay deliverance.
Chains break because of choices. You you have to choose a new pattern; you cannot live in the same pattern and think that you’re going to get a different result.
