Happy 3-2-1 Sunday,
I’m excited to announce that on September 22nd, we’re gathering around the table in Chicago for our 5th 3-2-1 Sunday! I’m inviting 3-2-1 Sunday readers and friends-of-readers in the area to join us for dinner. We’ll be gathered around the table, eat delicious food, and have meaningful conversation that goes deeper than “what do you?”. It’s a chance to meet other like-minded individuals who are seeking to walk in their God-given purpose and leave feeling seen like never before.
I look forward to seeing you then 🫶🏽!
And for those not in the Chicagoland area, I’ll hopefully be seeing you for dinner in a city near you! But, until then, here are 3 sermon notes, 2 quotes, & 1 question to consider this week.

3 Sermon Notes
I.
God has chosen you, and it's time to let go of any doubts or reasons why you might not deserve His choice. What are your aspirations, and what's holding you back? We often cling to excuses, hindering us from receiving God's full empowerment.
Let go of these limitations and reach for what God has in store for you. Believe in the person God sees you as. He has chosen you; will you choose yourself?

II.
You don't need as much as you think. God will provide for what He calls you to do.
You don't need more stuff; you need more faith. You don't need more time; you need more focus. You might not even need more money. You might just need better priorities.

III.
If you trust the one who gave you this power, you will not accept defeat from the enemy.
The disciples were ready to give up and say, 'I can't cast out this demon,' letting the devil win. (Reference: Matthew 17:14-21) But don't you trust what God has given you?
The power is not the problem; it's the context of your unbelief. God's power cannot operate where there is doubt. If you don't believe, it won't work. But even with the smallest amount of faith, you can command mountains to move, and they will obey.
Your victory is God's victory. You cannot allow a demon to wreak havoc in your life, especially when we need God's power more than ever.

I.
"When God gives you a promise, it is yours, but it is yours to possess and lay hold of. There has to be something in you that is strongly committed to standing firm and grabbing what God has for you." - Mel Robbins

II.
"A lot of times we sit around and wait for God to give us a word. But if God’s not saying no, He’s probably saying yes. The way I read it, 2/3 of God’s name is go.” - Lyle Phillips
1 Question
Where does God have you right now that you don’t want to be?
I hate this job, I hate this feeling, I hate this school. That’s okay to hate it, you don’t have to like it but receive it as training.
Until next week,
A song on my 🤎
This has been on repeat this week, such a beautiful worship song.
